Laurie was a Canadian-born artist whose work centred primarily on drawing. Sadly taken from us at a young age in 2023, she was deeply influenced by the natural environment surrounding her family home in Devon. Her sensitive and detailed drawings act as quiet portraits of the landscape, reflecting the ever-changing character of the English countryside.
